Terms of Use
By downloading or using the Fermisio app ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
Fermisio is an internet radio player and directory. It connects you to publicly available radio streams from around the world, shows what stations are playing, offers live song charts, podcasts and CarPlay support. Fermisio does not broadcast, host or own the stations' audio.
2. Using the app
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial listening.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the app, its catalog or its charts, or use them to build a competing service.
- You may not use the app in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone's rights, or interferes with the service.
- You are responsible for your internet connection, data charges, and for using the app safely while driving.
3. Radio and podcast content
Everything you hear, including music, talk and the stations' own advertising, is produced and controlled by the respective broadcaster or podcast publisher. We do not review it and are not responsible for it. Station names and logos belong to their owners. If you own a station and want it changed or removed, e-mail support@fermisio.com and we will act promptly.
4. Free tier and advertising
The free tier is supported by ads shown on the phone screen. Ads are never shown on CarPlay and do not interrupt the audio. See our Privacy Policy for how ads work and how to limit personalization.
5. Premium subscription
- Fermisio Premium removes ads and unlocks premium features. It is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or, where offered, as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to reactivate Premium on a new device.
6. Accounts
Signing in is optional. If you sign in, keep your Apple or Google credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, brand and the Fermisio name and logo are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to Fermisio. The station catalog is compiled from public sources and enriched by us; the compilation is ours. Third-party marks, including Apple, CarPlay, Shazam and Google, belong to their owners.
8. Availability
Streams can go offline, change address or geo-block listeners without notice. We work hard to keep the catalog healthy, but we cannot guarantee that any station, chart or feature will be available at all times.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fermisio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
