Oyuncu kimliğin

Oyun hesap açmadan, cihazına bağlı anonim bir oyuncu kimliğiyle oynanır. İstersen profilini Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparak hesabına bağlayabilirsin; böylece profilin başka cihazlarda geri gelir. Bağlamadan uygulamayı silersen bu kimlik ve ilerlemen cihazdan kaybolur. Hesabını uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil) veya gizlilik politikasındaki yolla silebilirsin.

Altın, güçler ve satın almalar

Altın, güçler, kupalar, maskotlar ve diğer oyun içi öğeler yalnızca Letterstep içinde kullanılan sanal öğelerdir; gerçek para değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, başka oyunculara devredilemez ve hesap kapatıldığında kaybolur. Bazı öğeler Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır; fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişir ve zamanla değişebilir. Satın alma, ödeme ve iade işlemleri Apple'ın kuralları ve senin Apple hesabın üzerinden yürür. Satın alınan öğeler teslim edildikten sonra tüketilmiş sayılır. Tek seferlik "No Ads" satın alması oyunlar arası reklamları kaldırır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar sunulmaya devam eder.

Reklamlar

Letterstep oyunlar arasında reklam gösterir ve karşılığında altın veren isteğe bağlı videolar sunar. Reklamların içeriğinden reklam ağı ve reklam veren sorumludur; reklam görmek istemiyorsan "No Ads" satın alabilirsin.

Adil oyun

Hile, bot, otomasyon araçları, hatalardan yararlanma, çok sayıda kimlikle sıralamayı doldurma, düelloları kasıtlı terk ederek veya anlaşarak kupa kazanma ve diğer oyuncuları rahatsız etmek yasaktır. Bu kuralları çiğneyen oyuncuların zincirleri ve kupaları sıralamadan kaldırılabilir, altınları geri alınabilir, kimlikleri kısıtlanabilir veya kapatılabilir.

Takma adın ve arkadaşlar

Takma adın diğer oyunculara görünür; hakaret, nefret, cinsellik içeren, başkasını taklit eden veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden adlar kullanma. Bu tür adlar değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Arkadaş kodunu yalnızca tanıdığın kişilerle paylaş; rahatsız eden oyuncuları engelleyebilirsin.

Sözlük, turlar ve düellolar

Kabul edilen kelimeler oyunun kendi sözlüğüyle belirlenir; bir kelimenin sözlükte olup olmaması tartışma konusu değildir, öneriler için bize yazabilirsin. Düellolarda rakip bulunamazsa sistem bir rakip atayabilir. Tur süreleri, modlar, lig eşikleri, ücretler, ödüller, sıralama kuralları ve sözlük zamanla değişebilir.

Hizmetteki değişiklikler

Oyunu geliştirmek için modları, kuralları, ekonomiyi ve özellikleri değiştirebilir, hizmeti askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki tüketici haklarını bu şartlar kısıtlamaz.

By using Letterstep (the app and its online services) you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Letterstep is provided by Fermisio; contact: support@fermisio.com.

Your player identity

The game is played without creating an account, with an anonymous player identifier tied to your device. You may link your profile to an account by signing in with Apple or Google, so that it comes back on other devices. If you delete the app without linking, that identifier and your progress are gone from the device. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or as described in the privacy policy.

Gold, powers and purchases

Gold, powers, cups, mascots and other in-game items are virtual items used only inside Letterstep; they have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out or transferred to other players, and are lost when the account is closed. Some items are bought through the Apple App Store; prices vary by country and may change over time. Purchases, payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules and through your Apple account. Purchased items count as consumed once delivered. The one-time "No Ads" purchase removes the ads between games; optional rewarded videos remain available.

Advertising

Letterstep shows ads between games and offers optional videos that give gold in return. The ad network and the advertiser are responsible for the content of ads; if you prefer not to see them, you can buy "No Ads".

Fair play

Cheating, bots, automation tools, exploiting bugs, filling the ranking with many identities, winning cups by deliberately abandoning or colluding in duels, and harassing other players are not allowed. Players who break these rules may have their chains and cups removed from the ranking, their gold reclaimed, and their identities restricted or closed.

Your nickname and friends

Your nickname is visible to other players; do not use names that are abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else or infringe someone else's rights. Such names may be changed or removed. Share your friend code only with people you know; you can block players who bother you.

Dictionary, rounds and duels

Accepted words are defined by the game's own dictionary; whether a word is in it is not open to dispute, but you are welcome to send suggestions. If no opponent is found for a duel, the system may assign one. Round lengths, modes, league thresholds, fees, rewards, ranking rules and the dictionary may change over time.

Changes to the service

To improve the game we may change modes, rules, the economy and features, and may suspend or end the service. The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
